Your body holds the stories of stress—tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, or a heavy heart. This four-week series offers the tools to understand those signals, release the tension they create, and reconnect with ease and balance.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, gentle yoga, and mindfulness, you’ll explore how emotions manifest in your body and discover practical ways to let go. Guided by a registered social worker, this small-group series creates a safe, empowering space for healing and resilience.
