  • Protein-rich foods that nourish the body and soul. Homemade by me, for you. If you love to cook, you are welcome to help out, but I’ve got it handled if you want to read a book by the water.

Think, frittata for breakfast, quinoa and vegetable salads for lunch, and hearty homemade Bolognese on pappardelle for dinner. Dietary accommodations will be met! Instead of meat Bolognese, think of a delicious mushroom ragu on gluten-free pasta! Yum! I’ll ask you more about your dietary accommodations when you sign up.

We’ll eat family style, setting the table together. I’ll handle the clean up so you can socialize or rest.

Snacks and a variety of beverages will be provided (including coffee, dairy milk, oat milk, tea, juice, and sparkling waters). Feel free to bring something you really desire, but there is no obligation to bring anything!

  • While I love a glass of wine, this retreat will be alcohol free. This is to help us focus on nervous system relaxation. Alcohol depresses the central nervous system and can have negative impacts on our mood. That wouldn’t align with what I hope you experience this weekend.

  • When people sign up, I will ask if you need a ride, or if you can offer a ride! I hope to connect women together to carpool.

We can also explore a group renting a car and sharing the cost.
